Olivia is passionate about working together with her patients to provide an effective, strength based and need-driven approach that helps address and relieve presenting problems. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or trauma she will be there to listen and help tackle various difficult issues. Her approach to therapy is solution focused and utilizes evidence based practice such as Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Olivia looks to help every individual develop and achieve adaptive coping strategies to promote better daily functioning.
