There will be a $50 penalty applied to no-show appointments and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This penalty applies to patientclients with commercial insurance as well as those who elect self-pay. Penalty fees do not apply to rescheduled appointments or cancelled appointments if more than 48 hours notice is provided.
Our providers treat patients 12 and up.
Participating states for Therapy and/or Psychiatry/Medication Management services: CO, CT, MA, NJ, NY, OH, VT, WA. Therapy only states: PA.

Participating states for Suicide Care Program: ALL states except AK, HI, IA, LA, MT, NM, OR.
No, we do not offer couples therapy at this time.
We do not offer psychological testing at this time.
No, our services are exclusively virtual at this time.
Yes! Right now we offer group therapy to residents of New York and Massachusetts only. You can learn more about our Group therapy programs here.
Our waitlist isn’t numbered as there are many factors that go into provider and patient availability. Not all providers can take all insurances/see all patients, so unfortunately just because a provider has availability does not mean all patients on the waitlist would be eligible to take that slot.
Waitlist times depend on factors like how quickly clients are graduating out of care and how often new providers are joining our organization, so we can't predict how quickly we'll be able to get you connected to care.

If we haven't been able to match you with a provider in 4 weeks, we will reach out to you to see if you’d like to stay on the list or have your name removed.
