1. Open Patient Portal, and then from the dashboard or the left pane, select Medications.
The Medication page opens displaying the active and inactive medications.
2. Select Rx request. The Rx Request page opens.
The Location and Provider fields display the preferred location and provider selected in the My Account section.
3. Select the location and provider, and then select Continue.
4. Select a pharmacy from the list, and then select Continue.
Note: You can add a pharmacy to the list by selecting Add a pharmacy.

5.Do one of the following:
◦ In the medication list section, select the medication, and then select Continue. ◦ To request a new medication, enter the medication name in Request a new medication for the matching medications.
You can select the medication from the list, and then select Continue.
Note: The Request a new medication field is not available for NextGen®
Enterprise6.2021.1 and earlier versions.
The Confirm your renew details section opens displaying the details you entered on the previous pages. You can edit the details if necessary.
