Request a Refill

To request a medication refill online, go to our Patient Portal at the link provided. Refills can take up to 5 business days to process (not including weekends and holidays) and are sent directly to the pharmacy.
Patients may also email: refills@valerahealth.com or call (646) 450 7748 Option #3 to leave a voicemail but there may be a longer response time.
